Why should I visit Electricx 2019?

ELECTRICX is the region's leading exhibition for the power industry, covering four main product groups: power generation, transmission & distribution, solar and lighting. Whether you want to meet new suppliers, catch up with clients, network with industry colleagues or learn about the latest innovations, ELECTRICX 2019 is a must attend event for anyone with a business interest in the power industry.

How much does it cost to visit the exhibition?

It is free to attend the exhibition. The visitor pass gives you access to all 3 days of the exhibition and seminars for both ELECTRICX and Solar-Tec.

Where can I apply / register for a visitor pass?

Once the registrations are open, you will find the link to register under the visiting tab on the website.

Can I transfer a visitor pass if I can no longer attend?

Sorry, but transfer of tickets is not allowed. Due to regulations, we must record the information of everyone that attends, however, please feel free to recommend a friend/colleague to register.

Where can I register for the co-located event, Solar-Tec?

Once registered to visit Electricx, that will automatically make you eligible to access Solar-Tec.

What discounts do you offer for a visitor's pass?

There is no discount as the visitor's pass is free.

Can I set appointments with the exhibitors?

Unfortunately, there is no facility to set up appointments with exhibitors through the exhibition, but feel free to contact any exhibitor to directly arrange meetings.

Where can I collect my visitor pass/badge?

Registered visitors can enter the exhibition at the Q-Jump desks by scanning the received barcode/URN number.

Is there parking at the venue?

The venue has the capacity to accommodate around 1,200 cars, but please note parking is not free of charge and will need to be paid for. Only exhibitors will be given a pass to park for free.

What is the minimum age for a visitor?

Visitors under the age of 16 are not allowed to attend the event.

However, if you are a group of students who would like to attend the exhibition, you can contact [email protected] to discuss the options.                 

Are there any restrictions on visitors with Syria, Sudan, Cuba and North Korea nationalities?

Unfortunately, due to some embargos upon Informa Exhibitions, we are not allowed to accept visitors who are residents of Syria, Sudan, Cuba and North Korea.
